"Severn and Wye” smoked salmon, lemon and dill dressed prawns, rocket salad
Oriental duck salad with noodles, garlic, chilli and coriander

Home-made chicken liver parfait, fruit chutney, toast
Baked flat mushroom, goats cheese and toasted herb crust, balsamic dressing (V)
Roast tomato and basil soup, herb croutons (V)

Roast sirloin of shire beef aged on the bone for 28 days, yorkshire pudding, roast gravy
Breast of gressingham duck, stir-fried vegetables, plum and orange puree
Medley of seafood, creamed leeks and orange butter sauce
Loin cutlet of Wiltshire pork, grain mustard and honey glaze, apple puree
Pan-fried fillet of bass, buttered kale, salsa verde
Smoked aubergine canneloni, tomato and rocket salad (V)
Served with, duck fat roast and new potatoes, seasonal vegetables and cauliflower cheese
