"At the start of organising our wedding I wasn't sure if I wanted the Plough & Harrow Hotel to have a lot of input into what I wanted on our wedding day. However, they were brilliant from start to finish. They said they would be at the end of the phone or I could arrange whenever I wanted to pop in. Paul and the team were so informative about everything & together we decided on a bespoke menu and I chose the hot finger buffet for the evening. On the day I felt so relaxed as I was confident that everything was going to run smoothly and it did. It really made our dreams come true, from the decor to the staff - they couldn't have been more attentive and kind. The food was simply delicious and the champagne was flowing! Thank you Plough & Harrow Hotel for an amazing day we will never forget!"

"We had an absolutely fabulous wedding at the Plough and Harrow, this summer.   From the moment my now husband and I walked into the Plough and Harrow, we just knew it was the venue for us.

The whole day was fantastic and we couldn’t have asked for anything more from the hotel team. 

The wedding co-ordinator / hotel manager, Emma Griffiths, provided an excellent service, from the initial organisation, to the event itself. Plus, she was on hand throughout the day to make sure that everything ran smoothly.

"When we were originally looking for potential wedding venues, our first stop (and last) was, The Plough and Harrow Hotel in Birmingham.  From the moment we walked in, we knew we would be having our dream wedding at this fabulous venue.

From the time we booked, until the official day, we cannot fault the staff as this venue. They were attentive, helpful and ensured our day ran as smoothly as possible.  Their wedding co-ordinator, Sereen, whom I was in constant contact with, was especially helpful and informative.  Our wedding day went without a glitch and time managed to perfection by the events team.  Guests were commenting on the wonderful décor, how polite staff members were and how quickly queries such as room check-ins to ordering taxis were dealt with.

I would highly recommend this venue to anybody who is looking to book their future wedding.  Thank you Plough & Harrow Hotel, we cannot thank you enough for making our day one to remember".  Mr and Mrs Hall

"We recently had our wedding at The Plough & Harrow Hotel.  We were looking for a central location that everyone would easily be able to get to.  The Plough & Harrow Hotel was perfectly located for this and was intimate, had great vibes along with lovely function rooms.

The hotel manager, Emma was amazing. She went above and beyond, helping with every little question and request I had - which you do as a bride planning a wedding! - and she really put my mind at ease that everything was under control and taken care of.  Staff were warm, friendly and very accommodating.

We had a wide range of wedding packages and food options available, the food we chose was amazing - everyone loved it!  I cannot recommend this hotel and its staff enough"

"We had our wedding reception on New Years Eve at the Plough & Harrow, with exclusive use of the hotel and it was fantastic!

The staff were friendly, the food was great and the rooms were clean, warm and very comfortable.

The manager Emma is absolutely brilliant! From the first planning stages up to the day itself she was amazing, nothing was ever too much trouble. She really made our day extra special.

Wedding Day - 28th January 2023 - Jodie & Christopher Jones

"Emma and the team at the Plough and Harrow Hotel were fantastic on our wedding day. All the months leading up to the wedding Emma was available to answer and questions via email, phone or face to face. She met all our needs and requirements before and on the day. Nothing was out the question on the day, they spoke with vendors so that our day was hassle free, they organised collection of the items we had hired and all done in the background unnoticed. The food was the basic package but there was plenty and it was very nice indeed.

I would highly recommend the Plough and Harrow for weddings. Thanks again to Emma and the team "
